Review:
This film deserves every award it has come, and many will come. The quiet strength, the frames of the film for a solid design makes the beginning of the end. There is no adding or eliminating a single point. Chadwick Bosemans attention to detail and a firm grip on control Robinson and Harrison Ford masterful portrait of Rickey the unapologetic strength to create dynamic energy that drives the film forward in every single scene. The entire support cast brought authenticity to the period in addition to the overall impression of the film. Together, the cast creates the right balance between social discourse, raw emotion, humility and dignity that makes this film must!

Review:
Two boys making their way along the Mississippi River on an island where they find a Bati a tree, but they quickly discover that they are not alone. A mysterious man living on the island and when they meet, their adventure part serious. The much of this film is the Mississippi River. It dominates the film that dominates the lives of the main characters in this movie. This is not a film about small-town America. It's a small town where everyone knows everyone, but most of the action takes place outside the city, the river, and in uninhabited areas of river ecosystems. The two boys of fourteen and their families, the people across the river, making a precarious life of the river. Life is hard, but the people are hardworking, honest and full of resources. If Mark Twain wrote now, and had not been seduced by graphic novels, these are the people that he would write. In fact, the film pays tribute to Mark Twain's Huckleberry Finn was based on a childhood friend of Mark Twain named Tom Blankenship, the name of a characterization of this film. This film is, in essence, is a modern update of this genre. The two boys played superbly by Ty Sheridan and Jacob Lofland. Their characters are fourteen, hardened and matured with their surroundings. Both actors seem natural and believable in their roles. Chris Pine was considered for the role of the mysterious stranger, and his blue eyes and youthful appearance, he would be attractive and charismatic air when he met the messenger boy, Mon. I bet he wishes he had been in the well-scripted film. But the loss Pines Matthew McConaugheys profit. Robinson Crusoe was never like that. I doubt that Pine could play like McConaughey, who lives the role. Actor? This guy looks like he has done nothing but live on the river all his life. You totally believe that he lives on this island. If there was a better eat baked beans Oscar, he would get it! Performance pretty convincing! All the performances were great. Not only McConaughey and two boys, but all the supporting actors too. First, you do not know who is who in the family. They seem a little cold, but as the film progresses, the characters evolve. All are credible. Women's Roles, three years ago, are all strong and well developed. The lovely Reese Witherspoon, star of Legally Blonde, as Sharon Stone in Casino, shows here that she can play a gritty role. The youngest actress Bonnie Sturdivant, as the boys got right. Older players were large, Sam Shepard, who played his role with some depth, and it was good to see Joe Don Baker in a small actor playing role. All their roles convincingly. As I said, life is hard, these are the people who speak up, but home-spun philosophy terse single piece will also said. This film is beautifully shot, beautiful rich colors. The river is filmed with love, so even lifestyle. The film is a celebration of life and the river. But while we see beautiful scenes of the river, we also see the boring scenes of urban decay and decay and waste. Everything filmed well. The British note this film is 12A, the author considers unsuitable for persons under 14 years of age. There are many different topics and themes in the film, and no one knows what is going to be solved. Friendship, family, life and death, love and violence are all explored. Adult themes are not hidden. The boys have to try to find out the truth and act accordingly. The film is very well seen through their eyes. However, we see a little more than boys look. What is the truth? What to do? The truth is not very clear, as clear as mud, perhaps. No proper assessment of the truth, or the characters, or their decisions. Their life is too rich and complex for such simplistic verdict. So the end of this film, a fourteen year old boy has learned something, and others, it can be characterized ; vein you. 10/10.
