Review:
I seriously do not believe the ratings high, it is just me? I would go to a ton of details, but just my quick two cents. My biggest gripe is that the film failed to make me believe the story, at any point in the film. Simple and to the evil take over the White House and Outsmart Americans every step of the way was too unbelievable, IMHO. Plus, there, and I do not want to give a peck here, so Ill just say that a few sub-plots were terribly undeveloped. I love Morgan Freeman (who does not?), But unfortunately not only was it not presented enough to save the film, the script and direction let him severely disabled. Similar story for Gerard Butler, who was very present in all as the leading characters, but for me, never really shine. Maybe I was blinded by the otherwise good results when they upset tell anyone I had actually paid $ 30 of it to the theater to see this film financiers in a wasted best left to Redbox if not the Dumpster. I only gave it 3 because, well, my wife agreed it was terrible, but it was not the subject of one I will give it ... a system and promises are good, an opportunity squandered by a director whose film Ill be more suspicious of the future.
